Welcome to my little corner of the world where it is all about faith, all about family, and all about a crazy incredible life I am lucky enough to be a part of.
For over a decade Jared and I have been purposefully crafting the life we are desiring to live. There are no shortcuts. There is no fast lane. The hard work, intentionality and devotion are what got us here. As parents of 4 unique gifts, we can honestly say this is the good life. We wouldn't change it for the world and are grateful every day this is our world.
When you were a little girl did you imagine the wedding you were going to have or the man you were going to marry? When I was 11-years-old I was sitting with 3 of my friends beneath their family boat talking about how Beth was going to marry a +6 foot tall cowboy from Montana who was nice, smart, super hot, had dark hair and blue eyes, made me laugh, was athletic, ripped and could sing.
Well, minus the ability to sing (sorry, Babe!) and hazel eyes instead of blue, my super hunk of a husband lives up to all of my childhood dreams and soo many more! Together we've created a marriage and life that puts our wedding to shame and I am not even sad about it. I can't wait to meet you and your man, celebrate your union on your beautiful day and watch y'all's marriage grow into something incredible; crazy quirks, imperfections and all!
Marriage takes work. It will have its adventures; some good, others more difficult. But through it all, you, your marriage and your family have the ability to create the life you are dreaming of. The couples we work with are not just clients throughout the years. They become so much more. We love getting to hear from them, receive Christmas cards and celebrate with them through all their milestones. Family life really is the best life and watching our clients grow and build relationships that outlast the tests of time is something we never get tired of. It's something we look forward to and we cannot wait to watch that happen for you.
When Jared and I first met, it was clear we were opposites in many areas while still sharing values. I am talkative and out-going, Jared is more quiet and observant. We both care about people and making them feel seen. While Jared is crazy book smart, I am more visual and ADHD made school learning tricky. Furthering our education is something we both invest in. I will plan my agenda completely around what is fun and social while Jared plans logically. We both focus on family time and balance. As husband and wife, we have learned how to combine our strengths to better address marriage and family situations. These strengths easily flow into our workflow and business. Whether I am coaching or we are shooting together, we are able to use the experiences we have gleaned from our team and give clients an experience they can be both comfortable with and confident in.
If Jared could eat a milkshake a day and Beth could eat fries and chocolate every day and not have it go against our health, well, we would! One of our favorite things to do is drive to picturesque mountain towns, find one of those old candy shops or diners, grab a shake and some fries and find a view to enjoy while we talk about life and dream together. If our elevation is the exact opposite of mountains, you can bet we are still grabbing a milkshake for him, fries for her, ours books, beach cruisers and heading to the sand for a day of sunshine, ease and laughter.
Do you remember that last dinner you cooked with Gammie before she passed? Or that picture of you and your best friend at her wedding before she moved across the world and out of every-Friday-girls-brunch distance? What about that addiction your dad overcame and it saved your family? Each of these stories is a part of who we are- a part of who we were designed to become. Stories aren't perfect. But they are perfectly designed. Whether you are here for a take-two with coaching or here as you plan for the next chapter in your story being documented, we are so excited you've decided to invest in you: for yourself and for future generations.
